PAYMENTS
We accept payments in U.S. dollars only. Currently Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, and American Express credit cards are acceptable
forms of payment (including international credit cards).
SHIPPING
All Dana Davis purchases are shipped via UPS and available
for delivery in the United States (including US territories).
We offer free UPS ground shipping and an option for expedited
shipping, which is subject to an additional fee (see SHIPPING
OPTIONS and associated costs below). International shipments are sent via DHL (2-3 days) and subject to additional fees.
During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity
to determine your shipping method of choice. If you choose
to expedite your shipping (other than free UPS ground shipping),
your total shipping charges will automatically calculate as
you move through the check-out process. You will not be charged
for any item until it is shipped. Please note that orders
submitted after 4pm PST will be processed the following business
day.

UPS GROUND – 1-5 business days (NO CHARGE)
UPS 2nd Day – $15.00
UPS OVERNIGHT – $25.00
DHL – $50.00
Please note: All orders will be shipped “no signature required”
for your convenience. However, once packages have been delivered,
we are no longer responsible for your merchandise. You may
email us in advance to request a “signature-required” delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase at
Dana Davis, we will gladly accept your full-priced unworn,
undamaged merchandise for a full refund. Sale items cannot
be returned or exchanged and must be purchased “as is.” You
have the opportunity to obtain your refund in the same form
as the original payment. The return must be made within 14
business days of receipt of the product. Shipping charges
will not be refunded.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox and placed
into another box when being shipped back as a return. All
returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail, or any other
delivery service that can track a package and requires a signature
upon delivery.
Please note: The customer is responsible for all shipping
costs associated with exchanges and returns unless Dana Davis
has sent the incorrect size or an incorrect or damaged item.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
We do try to keep sufficient stock of items listed but occasionally
sell out of items. If we are out of stock on an item that
you've purchased, we will notify you via email. Any changes
made will be reflected in your order total.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, if the order has not yet shipped
we will gladly cancel your order for a full refund, otherwise
cancellations are not permitted.
SALES TAX
If your shipping address is within California, California
Sales Tax will apply. For orders outside California, sales
tax will not be added.
RESTRICTIONS
All orders require a street address. No P.O. boxes.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays
in the United States
WAIVER OF LIABILITIES
You agree that, except as otherwise provided under applicable
laws, neither danadavis.com nor its affiliates, nor the directors,

of each, shall be liable for any damages whatsoever arising

of liability applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special,
punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well
as damages for lost profits, business interruption or the
loss of data or information, even if danadavis.com is notified
